Bottle, bb 31.11.2017. Light hazy golden, eggshell cream, fine sparkling. Light banana and citrus aroma. Dry, light funky minerally, fairly sparkly, light hayish malt, dry bittering hop notes, slightly aged but vivid herbal, citric, interesting and fresh and in much better state than I expected for such a light beer.

Bitter, grasig hopfig-hefiger Antrunk. Besonders die Bitterkeit steigt zum Mittelteil an, breit trocken, die Hopfigkeit ist leicht seifig, die steigende Bitterkeit verschleiert den geringen Alkoholgehalt da der Hintergrund prinzipbedingt schwach ausgeprägt ist. Langer hefiger, weich hopfiger Nachhall. 8//11/11/11/11/11

Fläschla: Golden to orangey, cloudy, small and quite quickly diminising off-white head; mild to distinctive dryish fruity and floral hoppy nose, some hidden yeasty and wheaty spots; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty low acidity; light bodied, as expected; lingering dry floral and fruity finish. (bottle, 33cl, as Giesinger Federweisse) Cloudy, golden colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Fruity and slightly piney and zesty aroma with notes of apricot, banana and citrus, backed by a wheaty and mildly cara-malty touch. Quite bitter, delicately sweet and slightly sour-tart flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Present wheat-character with an almost mealy mouthfeel, hints of caramel, bready notes, as well as complex fruity and delicately piney hoppy notes; dry and hop bitter finish with fruity tart notes. Interesting but also not a particularly balanced brew. 30.VII.17

Cloudy yellow with little white head. Aroma is wet yeasts some dry apricots something spicy slight smoke. Taste is bitter stale hops. A bit watery yet spicy.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, caramel, bananas, bready, grainy. Taste is banana, caramel, bready, grapefruit, grainy and dark break again. Silky mouthfeel. A bit too bready.
