Danke an minutemat. Stark apfeliger Beginn, dabei harmonisch süß-trocken. Zum Mittelteil deutlich trockener werdend, vollmundig fruchtig bleibend. Süffig, roter Apfel, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Lecker! 9/11/10/10/9/10

500ml bottle 5.2%, from trade thanks to minutemat. Cheers Mat! Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foamy head and aroma of fruity apple, light funky, with a caramel hint. Taste is juicy apple, some apple core & skin, bittersweet with earthy funk and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle, many thanks minutemat! Slightly hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is wild and rustic, red apple skin. Taste is funky, tanninic, quite sweet red apples, caramel, a bit candied, mineralic. Tanninic finish. Medium carbonation. A stunning Cider, both sweet and very wild!

500ml bottle from Stori Beer & Wine, Bala. Pours gold with a slight haze. Very nice raw apple orchard fruit aroma. Taste is rich and golden with soft tannin fur. Accessible yet flavoursome. Decent new cider producer.
