Can thanks to Don. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is berry, dough, wheat. Thin body, tart raspberry, light wheat, dough, acidic, very good.

Canned 9/19, drunk 9/27/18, thanks Stacey!
Hard shook pour reveals a cranberry-to-blood red raspberry body that is very cloudy. Pink head fades slowly to cover.
Raspberry fruit is juicy, seedy, real and lovely. Just straight raspberry puree with almost no acidity. Amazing and no idea how they did that. Light cereal-like wheat behind it seems supportive enough but very sparse.
In the mouth it's just a straight up fruit beer with pure, unadulterated raspberry goodness. Little/no acidity, lots of sweetness but somehow still balanced and lively. Soft wheat textures with tight carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. I don't know how they got all the malic acid out of this thing but it's kind of amazing.

16 oz. cans purchased at the brewery. Deep magenta color, light fizzy carbonation. Aroma is bold raspberry, light acid, wheat. Flavor is a ton of raspberry with a nice light, lingering, sour tart finish. I am glad most of the beer nerds no nothing about this brewery. Because this series are among some of the best Berliner Weisse’s I have ever sampled.
