Magnum thanks to Kyle. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funk, apple, citrus. Thin body, funky, citrus, wood, straw, light tartness, very good.

Draught at Row 34, 6/29/18.
Deep copper with a moderate haze. White head fizzles away to nothing, fairly rapidly.
Honey and acetic give a challenging sweet-and-sour element, initially. This has more acetic character than I remember Tempus having in older batches. Good floral and spice character from the adjunct and yeast but wow is this sour! Much more sour than saison...
Acetic acid strong in the flavor, as well, with a substantial maltiness providing honey and graham cracker alongside orange and cherry yeast/bacteria notes. Prickly-to-expansive carbonation leading to heavy acid on the end. Not too oaky, but just too much sharp, sour acetic acid left on the palate. And here i thought their beers had calmed down since the old days of extreme sourness. Soft, malty and sweetish, as well.

750ml bottle pours a clear orange with some clumpy, white head. Nose has grapefruit rind, funk, band aid, medicine cabinet, orange peel too. Flavor is tart with orange, grapefruit, apple cider vinegar, herbs, some wood notes. Full bodied finish, tart. Solid.
