# 1935; 3/2020. Roasty to burnt and coffee aroma. Dark brown without head. Strongly coffee flavor, no carbonation, slightly burnt. Long coffee flavor finish. This is not my cup of coffee... 0,7 l, bottle, brewpub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle from... PIvní Zastávka I reckon. Sigh, guess I have to plow through my stashes because of this whole quarantine thing (oh no!). Pitch black body, tiny off white head. Coffee hits in the aroma, soft, mixing with odd citric notes, interesting mix really. Dry, light, slightly dusty taste enhanced by a nice earthy coffee note. The base beer isn't shining particularly, giving maybe some roast of its own, but the beer as a whole isn't bad at all. Too light bodied for its own good really, but tasty enough!

Bottled (thanks Kim!). Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some roasted malts, chocolate and and mild rye notes as well. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and some slight bitterness to it. The coffee actually gives a slight burn to the beer.

Tap at the Craft House, Prague. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin off white head and some broken lace. The aroma is dry sweet malt, roasty coffee, chocolate, lactose. The flavour is moderate sweet liquorice bitter with a smooth sweet roast creamy, light dry coffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and coffee, leading to a slightly acidic coffeeish finish. The body is light.
