Pours clear yellow into a tulip. Bright white micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving gloppy meringue sheets. Lemon and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet lemon, funk and hay front to back.

Bottle at home in NH. Picked up from the brewery. Pours a hazed, matte yellow-gold with a big and fluffy white topping. Lightly sweet with pleasant grainy biscuits, lemon peel accents, subtle straw. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Mellow sweetness to finish, cracked grains, straw, mild yeast expression. Highly drinkable.

Draught @ Grand Delancey, NY. Smooth, wheaty and super floral with some hay, straw, citrus and mild funky tartness. Quite crushable.

On tap at St. Gambrinus. Pours clear gold. Funk, sage, apricot, lemon, bubblegum. Medium body. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden, merlin white head, good lacing. Aroma is lemon, oak, hint of stonefruit, lime, dust, yuzu. Flavor is light tart, bright lime, dusty mineral water. High carbonation a bit distracting. Merlin body.

500 ml bottle from the brewery, 8/18/21 (bottle dated 5/21). Pours mostly clear, golden in color, with a thick, foamy froth of white head. Grass, spice, and grains. Herbal. Crisp and smooth with a dry, tingly finish. Tasty crusher.
