Mixed culture golden sour fermented on more than a half ton of fresh Georgia peaches, delivered directly to us by The Peach Truck within 24 hours of being harvested. The beer was fruit inoculated; using the wild yeast naturally found on the peach skin to show notes of the terroir native to the region in which they were grown. Bottle conditioned with champagne yeast.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a pale gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet peach with a bit of light barrel and a tartness supporting. Flavor has a juicy sweet peach with a growing tart bite and an oak note underlying.

Super cool 750ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is big sweet jammy peach sour tart kick and a little vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart jammy peach notes barrel vanilla.
