Let it settle for weeks but it still comes out slightly hazy. No head. Deep strawberry.
Lovely, rich, juicy strawberry in the nose with a touch of vanilla character, mild oak and big lactic acidity, though it doesn't seem punchy or artificial.
Juicy, rich strawberry again with mild sweetness. Lots of acidity up front but it trails off quickly ending on more of a wheat blandness and/or oak tannin. Wish there was Brett instead of just somewhat monotonous, not all that interesting lactic acidity, but it's not too acidic overall and not sharp or acetic. The strawberry is done incredibly well.

Magnificent. Puckering sour strawberry, fairly jammy (tho not like Phish). Plenty of wheat but in a funky way. Tastes like it poured straight from a foeder. My first from them and a big hip hip hurray to Mr Thomas J.

Can. Pours a slightly cloudy light earthy red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich slightly tart strawberry with some light funk and bit of sweet grain backing. Flavor has sour strawberry throughout with a light funkiness and a hint of sweet grains underlying.
