Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of wheat, banana, dust and hint of a smoke. Pours cloudy golden color with thin creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy and refreshing citrusy, following is yeasty, floral and honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild grassy bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. No need to complain about it…

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of bananas and cloves, apples, pears, doughy bread and a touch of candy and spice. Taste has bananas and cloves, doughy bread, a little pears and some more peppery spice. Aggressive carbonation and fairly smooth mouthfeel. Decent.

Tight off white head on a cloudy vivid golden coloured body. Yeast, orange, cereal & chalk aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Spicy, orange, lemon, chalk & lightly hopped tastes with a tangy peppery finish. That's refreshing

Bottle at home, 2021 mini heatwave, Monday 19th July 2021. Pours a cloudy yellow orange, not so big head compared with many of the style. Aroma is cloves, yeast and bananas. Taste is pleasing, bananas, light spice, yeast and citrus, and a banana and citrus, yeasty close. Very nice

Trübe orange gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit Bananen, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Wohnzimmer-Bierreise, heute nach Oberösterreich. Bereits vor einigen Jahren einmal getrunken nachdem ich die Brauerei besucht habe. Jetzt steht es wieder vor mir im Glas. Es ist zugegebenermaßen etwas sauer, aber es überwiegen die getreidigen Noten mit den fruchtigen Spitzen. Sicher nicht mein Lieblings-Weizen, aber nicht schlecht.

33cl bottle. Looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty and sweetish. Fruity notes of banana. Finish a bit boring malty-yeasty. Okay.

Coole Bügelflasche, die ordentlich schnalzt beim Aufmachen. Beim Einschenken fällt zunächst die sehr helle und sehr klare Färbung auf - sobald aber der Bodensatz aus der Flasche drin ist bekommt das Bier dann doch eine sehr schöne, starke Trübung. Angenehmes Zusammenspiel von sanften herben, fruchtigen, getreidigen, malzigen, krautigen, säuerlichen und süßlichen Noten. Hat einen ganz eigenen Geschmack, sehr charakterstark. Gutes Mundgefühl. Sehr erfrischend und süffig - ideal für heiße Tage. Das beste österreichische helle Weizen, dass ich (bisher) probiert habe. Lässt viele bayerische Konkurrenten hinter sich.

330ml bottle from trade with Sebelinz. Many thanks Erich! Pours hazy yellow, good white head. Nice softly sweet hefe aroma. Taste is bright with a fair carbonation, good hefe character. Yeah it’s decent.
