Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange glass.
Appearance: semi-chill haze yellow but also a little bit of a sly transparency about it with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity malts with clean floral to semi-herbal and/or grassy hop spicy tone ever so light; light mineral notes
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a clean sweet sort of quality; super light fruity/mineral-ish and biscuity finish
Texture: light bodied, great sessionability; absorbant smoothness
Overall: nicely done Kolsch worthy of returning to.

12 ounce can from Lower Merion Beverage in Ardmore, PA. Clear, pale gold color. Large frothy snow white head. Decent lacing. Bready malt aroma. Flavor is biscuity malt, mild citrus and a hint of minerality. Clean and crisp. Herbal hops on backend . Very good.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is cracked dry malt and a little lemon. Flavor is cracker malt with a nice green and herbal Euro hop. Finish is gone quickly. Pretty good kolsch.

Can best before 12/13/23, drunk 8/24/23. Clear blonde-golden with some warm-toned, light copper hints. Small, white head to light cover. Super fruity, bright, clean nose. Sulfury mineral, classic kolsch yeast (apple, papier mache, white grape), biscuity, well-attenuated malts. Excellent malt depth noted right away. Chewy, almost wheat-like texture with great attenuation, apple, white grape, delicate honey, hints of pepper and floral notes from lightly bitter, balancing hops. Heavy mineral. Super clean, super bright and snappy. Good lord, von Trapp is kinda insane.

Keg @ Stowe Cider. Clear gold, white head. Sweet lager malt nose, nice balanced lager sweetness to taste, perhaps a lick of honey. Decent kolsch this, if a touch too sweet for style.
