Armsby draught, 9/24/22. Clear raspberry. Small, pinkish head, low to moderate retention. Deeply juicy, rich red raspberry is augmented by the vanilla giving it a very high intensity. Clean, lower funk with lower acidity. Definitely Brett lingering long on the finish. Soft, vanilla-forward with juicy raspberry and tart Brett on the finish. Malty/wheaty with moderate sweetness and good attenuation. Tartness lingers pleasingly. More fruit and vanilla than pure unadulterated lambic funk, but still a nice change of pace and balanced with the adjuncts.

Funky, tart and jammy with raspberry notes, some vanilla and creamy notes, hints of sourness. Still surprisingly lot of vanilla notes left. Always a treat.

Far more vanilla forward than '20. Fruity, smooth, fresh raspberries, vanilla, a touch of funk, even a hint of blueberry. Lovely.

Super explosive! Very bright and fruity and uncharacteristic of young Cantillon. High carbonation. Lot of vanilla.
