At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly head, hazy deep orange color, aroma of vanila, herbs and biscuit with a waxy hint, quite sweet, dyacetil, bread and candy flavor with a coarse bitterness. Old, not good.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is herbal, some black tea. Taste is more black tea, not too intense, some residual sweetness. Medium carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy golden. Aroma of dusty malt, caramel, diacetyl, stale floral hops. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, stale hops, light tea note, a bit of diacetyl, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

330 ml bottle from Beer Store Vienna, bb 25.03.2017
Dark amber to copper, moderate hazy body, with a medium, creamy, slightly yellow head.
Aroma of leaves, tea, some herbs, caramel, citrus.
Tastes of bread, caramel, citrus, orange, tea, some sweet berries.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, herbal, zesty, citric, medium bready, subtly piney.
Nice one, although not oustanding. Not so much IPA character, this is more about the tea notes and also pretty malty, with nice bready notes. The nose feels a bit unbalanced, while the taste is quaffable. Not among the highlights by this brewery in my opinion, but still an interesting beer.
