Aroma of soft sweet fruits, soft clove, wheat
Taste of sweet fruity pale malt, soft clove, soft banana, wheat, some cereal malt, soft spicy hops in there, clove not too much, nice smooth flavour
Palate - Medium carb and body, quite smooth, fairly sweet, light bitter. Finish as main flavour, soft fruits and soft wheat in tail
Overall - Quite a decent hefeweizen...I like them more mellow

(Bottle) Cloudy golden amber colour with dense, off-white head. Wheaty, fruity nose with notes of bread, apricots, citrus, honey, some banana and clove. Wheaty, fruity taste with white bread, apricots, mandarin, banana and clove. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Hardly extraordinary, but tasty and well balanced hefeweizen. Enjoyable.

Tap at the brewpub in Salzburg-Austria. Orangey cloudy color, with a medium off-white foam. Nose: classic aroma, sweet a bit caramel, estera are firm. Mouth: gassy, bodied sweet on the caramel side.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark orange, medium head. Citrus, estery notes, some clove and banana. Mild taste, a bit acidic and slightly bitter. Creamy texture, lively carbonated, medium bodied, sour finish. Solid Austrian Weißbier.

Keg at White Hart, Waterloo. Mushy banana and clove aroma. Opaque golden amber. Head is creamy white but weak. Sweet with a bitter edge. Stereotypical banana and cloves, other than some pineapple or similar. Thick bodied. Creamy. A fix of carbonation. Abrupt finish. May or may not be a great hefe, but I like them and this ticks the right boxes,.

Flasche am Flughafen in Salzburg . Schönes Dunkles gelb-orange, trüb, Fingerbreit Schaum. Aroma: schon auf Entfernung Banane, etwas Zitrone, Hefe.Relativer verborgener Geschmack beim Antrunk, etwas säuerlich, Grapefruit, Erde, Banane.
