Murky brown. Aroma is yeast dried fruit with some caramel. Taste is sweet fruit with some yeast sprinkle. Sweet caramel finish. Pretty round. Not too shabby.

Bottle picked up from Getränkecenter Schwabing, München and consumed at home Sunday 7th June 2020 listening to The Mechanisms - The Biofrost Incident and about to cook Pastitsio and also Cannelloni. Pours murky dark brown with a large cappuccino coloured head. Malty and fruity, wheat, tangy soft mouthfeel, this is fine but nothing special.

Bottle, thanks jonas. Murky brown color with big eggshell head. Aroma is brown malts, chocolate, wheat. Taste is chocolate, some roasted characteristics, milky yeasts, wheat. Silky mouthfeel, low carbonation. Not my favourite style of Dunkelweizen.

Flasch’n (otto holt obst): Chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, big and slowly collapsing off-white creamy head, lazy carbonation; moderate fruity and a bit vinous nose, aromas of chocolate and breadcrusts in the background, solid yeasty base; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; sweet-sourish chocolatey-vinous finish with a pretty well hidden acidity in the aftertaste. Nice example...

(bottle) Cloudy, dark amber to brown colour with a beige and big foamy head. Wheaty and mildly dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, bread crusts, a whiff of chocolate and lighter fruity accents of banana and dark berries. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Dark malt character with present wheaty accents, notes of caramel, chocolate/cacao, bread and cautious fruity hints; swee-bitter finish with spritzy wheaty notes and chocolate in the aftertaste. Good. 22.VI.16

Stark karbonisierter Antrunk, eher trocken und wenig malzig. Geringe Bitterkeit, minimal würzig. Das Aroma bleibt verhalten. Nicht sonderlich spannend. 12/7/7/6/9/6
