26/III/22 - 75cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: 26/VI/40, batch: 12601 (2022-283)
Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, pretty fruity, a bit oxidized, sweet impression. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, gentle acidity, fruity, citrus notes, slightly bitter, fruity, grapefruit, peppery, nice! Aftertaste: very refreshing, bit lemony, peppery notes, bitter touch, dry and woody finish, nice!

Hapu, funky, puuviljane, nisune, kuiv, humalat on ka õrnalt tunda, natuke magusust taustal. Hea, aga hinnang on u. sama, mis oli N°4-le 1.5 aastat tagasi: "ilmselt paari aasta pärast oleks huvitavam - praegult on suht tavaline hapuma otsa boon."

Head gone in seconds over yellow-golden beer. Perfumey, farmyard, floral, lemon/lime. Lemon again in the mouth, lemonblossom, bit cidery, sour-sweet apples, horseblanket, leather. Effervescent despite not much head. Serious dry-out effect. Excellent version, great gueuze! Thanks to Stef!
