Draught@Kochi Aidad, Tallinn. Deep brownish copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is ryebread, some nuts, earth and herbs. Flavour is earthy, herbal, some toffeeish and toasted tones. Nicely toasted aftertaste.

Tap at brewpub. Dark ruby colour and beige head. Odd wanky sweet Koch house aroma. Light-bodied. Barley, wort, caramalt in the flavour. Meh.

33cl bottle from Nõmme SuperAlko, Tallinn. Pours close to black with a rather large, bubbly, beige head. Mild roasty aroma with notes of caramel. Fairly balanced and drinkable enough.

Can from martjoobolut, many thanks! Dark brown colour, roasty, nutty, notes of caramel. Medium sweet, some bitterness, lght roastiness. Good!

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a warm, burgundy hue and a lacing, beige head. Good looking beer. Slight roast and toast in the nose. Medium body, a very dry maltiness, some chocolate and roasted nut accents before a slightly bitter finish. Quite dry for a Dunkel, a borderline Schwarzbier I would call it, but well made. 110321
