Taster at the brewpub. Hazy, pink beige colored. AROMA- kettle sour tones, some berries. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, kettle sour tones again, some raspberry, touch of rhubarb?, touch of cardboard. Medium bodied. Good.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy pinkish orange, fizzy head. Aroma of lemon and frozen raspberries. Citric with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric acid, rhubarb and frozen raspberries, with anaddition of old butter and stinky cheese.

ABV: 5.2%. Cloudy medium to light amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, odd fruit, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, light raspberry - rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, wheat, sour fruit, odd fruit, fruity yeast, light raspberry - rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20210923]

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #3660, BBE 07.12.2021. Rated 03.05.2021 Aroma is odd with rhubarb, raspberries and milky tones. Feels sourish. Flavour is somewhat tart and sour with rhubarb. Finishes with sweetish raspberry juice and milky sourness. Pleasant, not that aggressive. 7-1-7-3-15 = 3.3 33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #3670, BBE 20.01.2022. Rated on 02.10.2021 Aroma has rhubarb, sour cream. Perhaps some raspberries as well. Foamy palate. Flavour has rhubarb, sour cream, raspberries and some berry juice. Tart snd dry finish. Good and clean but these sours are just not my thing. 6-3-6-3-13 = 3.1

Amber-pinky colour, medium-sized creamy off-white head. Aroma has rhubarb and raspberry and is a bit tart. Light to medium-bodied. Tartish, raspberry and raspberry stones in the flavour. Rhubarb is not so evident in the flavour although it has tart citric flavour. Tolerable brew as such.
