There is no proper Italian translation for bright. Bright could be translated as the combination of these adjectives: lively, crystal clear, strong, clean, energetic and vibrant. In this new DDH IPA Single Hop, the Amarillo hop is bright.

Single Hop Amarillo with the batch we selected from Crosby Hop Farm (Oregon) and which impressed us with its very fresh citrus fragrance.
Strong notes of grapefruit, orange and mandarin and a touch of apricot.

Can purchased at La Osita in Madrid. Pours a very hazy yellow with full white head and nice patterning down the glass. Overt tropical and grapefruit aroma, with slight orange pith. Flavor is full, well rounded grapefruit and moderate dank. Amarillo is my favorite hop so certainly enjoyed this one.

Canned 400ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Murky orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrusy grassy nose. Citrus, light herbal and light tropical fruits with notes of alcohol and dry bitterish finish.

Pours unclear yellowblonde. Small white head. Scent is dank, grassy, has notes of Amarillo, but isn't very recognizable as such. Taste is sharp, medium high carbonation over a medium body. Juicy bitterness, like a spicy hop bitter. Milder aroma. Again, not very recognizable as Amarillo. Very decent, with some aspects of the NE craze.
