Dry-hopped wine-influenced Saison. Brewed using complimenting amounts of both Saaz and Engima hops along with an exceedingly large dry hop addition of Nelson Sauvin, all strategically planned to encompass the white wine aspect within this beer. Expect aromas of spice, crisp pears, tropical fruits, and a touch of acidity paired with a fluffy mouthfeel along with notes of fresh-pressed Chardonnay grapes, ripe stonefruit, red berries, and ending with a slightly dry finish on the palate.

Hazy and dullish yellow-grey. Just a thin, weak head. Pronounced vinous character. On the palate, light body, the wine comes through a bit, and then there's some sweet, slightly flabby malts. So it's okay, maybe a tad underattenuated.

Clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Some fatty notes on the nose. Fatty and sweet notes. Really odd. I kinda get the grape and but it just doesn’t work for me.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out rustic saison yeast, Chardonnay must, and gentle floral hops. Flavour is nicely integrated, with Chardonnay must, floral dry hopping, and rustic saison yeast. Nice interplay of the grape must, dry hopping and saison yeast. The Chardonnay must in particular adds a nice touch. Good stuff.

Pale blond colour, just slightly hazy. Mild funly and lemony aroma, passion fruit, pungent; nice. Dry mouthfeel, some Saison yeast, spicy, peppery, with mild acidity, a bit astringent in the finish (this is less desirable).
Good.

16oz at Alex's. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, some sulphur notes, grapes. Taste: along the same lines with peppery notes. Overall: ok, I wish it would be more American kind of saisons, not a Belgian one.

Poured from the tap. Hazy blonde with small white head. Grain, just a hint of Chardonnay, touch of esters. Meh.

Cloudy yellow body and minimal foam. Kind of a funky vanilla on the nose, banana notes. Taste is good funky grain, banana hints, ends quite chalky and dry. Chardonnay comes across very subtle, it wouldn't hurt to give it a bigger part.
