500ml. can as part of a trade with @Cuso, many thanks. @home, 29/08/2021 [#4.208 Global - #35 Slovakia - #6 Unorthodox Brewing] Gusher! Around 50% lost. Light cloudy ruby with a big white head. Quickly dismishing. Aroma: cherry, sour funk, tart. Taste: sour cherries, funk, bit salty. Well hidden abv. Acidic finish. Next one please!

Seit längerer Zeit bekomme ich wieder mal ein slowakisches Bier. Und dann gleich so etwas spezielles -aber wenn sich eine Brauerei mal unorthodox nennt, dann bekommt und erwartet man auch kein 0815-Lager. Dies ist ein Sauerbier das mit Sauerkirschen eingebraut wurde und dementsprechen rot ist und sauer schmeckt. Es ist kein klassisches Bier und auch kein belgisches Kriek, sondern wirklich ein Sour, das mit wirklich tollen Fruchtnoten überzeugt. Den saftign Alokolgehalt merkt man gar nicht und es ist so fruchtig-erfrischend, dass ich es mir sogar am Strond vorstellen könnte. Kein Bier für den klassischen Biertrinker, aber wenn man fruchtige-saure Getränke mag, wird seine Freude haben.

Can 0.5l, gusher! Cloudy, red colored. AROMA- sour cherry, salt, floral and bitter leaves, somewhat wild fermentation. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly sour, a bit salty and tart, lots of sour cherry, floral. Fuller bodied. Really good.

Can. Acidic and fruity aroma and taste, sour cherries, medium sweet, light bitter and salty. Medium to full body, fruity sweet and sour finish with light salty notes. Ok.

Can from Salón piva home edition. Decent dessert with sour cherries. Just like I was hoping for. Surprising was very well hidden alcohol. Dangerous drinking.

Ruby color with medium pinkish head. Aroma: lots of sour cherries, cherry cake, light minerality. Taste: sour cherries, cherry jaffa cake, creamy lactose, light touch of salt, ABV dangerously hidden. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Tasty dessert.

Can from brewery. Dark red color with pinkish head. Aroma of sour cherries. Taste, sour cherries, some sweetness, stones, jam, lactose, salty. Alcohol is well hidden. Too sweet for me, sourness from sour cherries is not present.

Tap via Zil verne. Clear deep ruby colour, soft pink head with moderate stability. Thin body, high carbonation. Med-high fruity sweetness, moderate sourness - also seems mostly fruity, light clean lacto. Hints of saltiness. Lots of sour cherry flavour, feels natural yet true to original (mix of both?). Slightly tart. Overall centered on the fruit, very tasty, very good.
