15 December 2018. Black Beer Fest, Ieper. Cheers to Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy reddish brown with a lasting, small, foamy, pinkish head; lots of lacing. Aroma of pure raspberry, strawberry jam, wheat, redcurrant, sourdough, yoghurt, coulis. Taste is medium fruity sour, lots of redcurrant, raspberry & strawberry, sweetish too; light malty sweetness provided by hints of sourdough & yoghurt, wheaty throughout. Tart finish, lingering wheat & red fruit, dough, slightly astringent/mouth-puckerig. LIght to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. I think I missed some liquorice here, but it's good anyway.
