Hazy dark golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of sweet and ripe banana, phenols, yeast. Taste of sweet banana, yeast, phenols, caramel.

tap at Zwettlers Salzburg. Cloudy strawy yellow, tall and creamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty, shy banana fruity flavours, pleasantly smooth on the palate.

Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of white bread, yeast, yellow apple, faint banana, clove, wheat. It tastes light bready sweet, hint of apple, and light wheaty sour with a clove-like accent, slightly bitter. Dryish, grassy, yeasty finish, faintly hoppy, some spices with a citric touch at the very end. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Unimpressive, but quite okay.
