13 March 2020. Pre-Lockdown (in hindsight) Tasting with Anke & Pieter. Pours clear golden with a quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of cider, lemon, green apple, funk, kiwi. Taste has sweetish green apple, sour lemon & Napoleon candy, a bit funky in Lambic terms, a bit bready. Soft funky, sweetish apple profile in the finish. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Very basic 'commercial' Lambic.
