0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before August 2021. Hazy, reddish amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of overripe banana, caramel, nutmeg, toasted nuts and a touch of clove. Quite sweet, malty, gently yeasty-spicy taste of overripe banana, caramel, toasted nuts, honey and some clove, followed by a medium long, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid, albeit a bit plain Weizenbock. Drinks easily, nicely creamy.
