Maroonish brown pour from bottle. Very little head. Mostly rye and bourbon and a hint of lime and such. Really liked it.

Bottleshare, Oct 2016. Pours dark brown with an off white head. Aroma: vanilla, bourbon, caramel, dark fruit, cardamom. Taste: Moderate to heavy sweet with herbal bitterness. Spicy, with cardamom & nutmeg, also toffee, candy sugar notes. Boozy, a little medicinal. Medium to full body with average carbonation. Slightly odd flavours

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with brief, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with caramel, chocolate, orange peel, rye bread, dried fruit and Angostura Bitter. Malty, spicy taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, rye bread, whisky, orange peel, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove) and a vinous finish with a mild citric, spicy bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Really tasty and warming. Feared it would be a bit over-powering, but it's surprisingly well balanced for its strength, with a really good Old Fashioned character. Very nice.

Darker amber color, beige head. Aroma is heavy cinnamon, nutmeg, brown candy sugar. Flavor is sweet, again heavy heavy herbal, spices, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown candy sugar, liquor. Heavy and herbal / spicy is what dominates. Unfortunately: totally not my thing. I really don't like this. 3-3-3-3-7.

Mørk brun tåkete med lavt beige skum. Lukter julekrydder, gløgg, ingefær, kokos, pepper og urter. Fyldig. Smaker masse krydder, urter, ingefær, pepper, anis og noe brent karamell. Lang.

Bottle. 2-3 year old. Has a hazy brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of ginger, gingerbread dough, cola, orange peel and horseradish. Flavour of oak, leather, cloves, bourbon, orange peel, cola and somer ginger. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Interesting and spicy aroma. The flavour is a little less complex and bitter. Innovative ale anyway.
