Can from Pretesto, Bologna. Hazy red, thin, pink head. Aroma of raspberry jam, blueberry coulis, cassis, yoghurt, sour cream, red apple mush, biscuit. Taste has sweet raspberry jam, coulis, cassis & sour berries, bit wheaty in a lactic-yoghurty body; tart, fruity finish, retronasal bread & vague cookie spices, lots of sour berries lingering. Medium body, slick-creamy texture, average carbonation. Very flavourful, cool!
