Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is floral, honey, a little herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, but with quite some honey sweetness coming up immediately after. Final is average in intensity, with some herbaceous.

Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo oro torbido, al naso subito intenso lievito e miele poi cereali pane bianco e note floreali, in bocca pane bianco cereali miele diacetile, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Molto aromatica e fruttata ma poco pulita. Non male. c. 1001birre.it 18.05.24

Tap at La Tana; 15th February 23. Pours a clear lager. Aroma is straw and hay. Taste is sweet, grass and straw, light floral. Nice, but I’d look more bitterness

44cl can, BB 03/2022, lot# L59 20 - bizarrement sur le site, ceci est une pils - sur la cannette, une Keller.
Dorée claire, col épais crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme est frais, bien houblonné noble allemand - oscillant sur Saaz voire Tettnanger - malt pils - fines effluves herbacées et fleuries très frais. Petite note rappelant l'herbe de jardin avec petit côté épais de maïs.
Palais est frais, sec, marqué par le côté malt pils, petite douceur de fin de bouche. Frais houblonné, fleuri avec une petite note de thé oscillant sur l'herbacé.
Wow, simple classique, un bonheur de goûter autre chose que toutes ces nouvelles qui abusent du DDH, du lactose, pastry e tutti quanti.

Tap at Open Baladin in Rome/Italy. Hazy golden pale pour, vivid somehow. Medium white foam with decent retention. Nose: sweet malty notes (!) kind of must of a brew. Far too yeasty imo. Mouth is watery, a bit too sweet maltiness. No flaws no major problems, simply not terrific.

on tap golden almost clear good head cereal lightfruity bit citrus dry medium bitterness herbal note dorata praticamente limpida buona schiuma persistente cereale leggero fruttato note agrumate secca amaro medio note erbacee
