How this small batch was made?
spontaneous fermented applejuice became cider, during and after fermentation honey was added.
After ageing some months it was dryhopped 2 times and kegged.

4/VII/21 - sample on tap @ DOK bierfestival (Ghent), BB: n/a (2021-586) Thanks to the GBV-crew for sharing today’s beers!

Clear pale blond yellow cider, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots an lots of apple juice, a bit soapy as well, funky touch, oxidized, some honey, bubble gum, lots of green apples and apple skin as well. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, lots of apple juice, sweet and sugary, some alcohol noticeable. Aftertaste: a little soapy, sweet, green apples, sugary, soft acidity, nice! Not getting much of that (dry) hop though? Maybe I’m not trained enough yet in the cider/cyser dept…
