Aroma is nice, grapefruit. Taste is very nice, very grapefruit. Feels chunky. Very nice. Not so bitter, very fruity, malty base.

BKL2017. Cloudy orange yellow. Grapefruit Peel, light strawberry aroma, light copper. Medium light body, light metallic finish.

Aroma is grapefruit, honey, citrus. Taste is sweet chalky honey, slight bitter grapefruit. Too heavy, but nice finish. Good.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch grasig hopfig, sehr fruchtig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig hopfig, grapefruit, trocken grasig.

Amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of dominant grapefruit juice, passion fruit, biscuit, caramel.
Tastes pretty similar, while with a bit more dryness.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, fruity, mainly with grapefruit again and some biscuity sweetness.
Nice one, while nothing outstanding. Straight, with the grapefruit dominating, but a bit too simple for my liking. Not among my favourite grapefruit IPAs, while enjoyable nonetheless.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, grassy. Taste is grapefruit, juicy, a bit artificial, grassy hops, bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Good, but not the best Grapefruit IPA out there.

Sample at Craft Tap House. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Grapefruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrus, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Tap at stone for the pizza port event. Slightly hazy deep good with a medium sized soapy head. Big ruby red grapefruit aromas with some pine. Pale, clear, nice foam top. Very citrusy, grapefruit, pine needles and lemon peels. A lot of lemon peels. Citrus, citrus, citrus. Pleasant. Aftertaste has some more lemon peels, lasts long, dry. That’s the way I like it.

[2/22/15] Draught at Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Clear yellow. Aroma of citric hops and grapefruit. Dry flavor with citric hops, grapefruit and nice bitterness. Good and refreshing.
