On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Ambrata scarica, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note erbacee, leggermente terrose, malto, leggera tostatura. In bocca ha un attacco maltato e una chiusura piuttosto amara, lunga e persistente, non bilanciatissima. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Non è malaccio, nonostante sia un po' sui generis.

Can from Foeders online. Color: Slightly hazy golden to orange amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, bitter. Taste: Malty, hoppy. Floral and bit grassy hop. Light bitterness, nice dry-ish over moderate bitterness, going to a dry medium to over medium floral hopbitterness at very long lasting finish. Malty, bit grainy base. Quite smooth mouthfeel. This Italian one indeed is a very nice example of a traditional British Best Bitter. Great.

From handpump at Lambikzoon in Milano 27.07.21. Translucent golden. Off-white head and lacing. Very good aroma and taste of pale malt, English hops, succade and meadows. Mellow bitterness is lingering on. Well-balanced!
