Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, nutty brown with a dense, creamy and lacing, beige head. Very dark for a Tripel. Fruity, estery, bubblegummy nose - some coriander? Rich, malty and fruity body. Toffeeish with friendly phenols and some yeast. Warming alcohol. Not too shabby. 180225

Ambar semiopaca de no mucha espuma pero duradera. Aroma malteado ligeramente frutal. En boca cuerpo medio, ligera acidez y buen sabor bastante equilibrado. Alcohol bien disimulado.

Taste: plenty of yeast, caramelly malts and spices. Lively carbonation. Light bodied belgiany. Cool artwork. Next one please!

330ml bottle. Pours opaque orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is pears, wheat, spices. Taste is medium sweet, pears, apples, wheat, Belgian yeast. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Reminds me of Tripel Karameliet, but with much less body.

Appearance: Hazy amber with a good ivory-coloured head. Aroma: Overripe apples and pears, fruity esters (apricot), spicy yeast, malt, slightly funky. Taste: Medium dry. Pale malt, toasted notes, spicy yeast, fruity esters, apple seeds, grassy hop. Hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Good.
