Rich flavours of bitter dark chocolate are balanced with vanilla sweetness in this session friendly stout, brewed using cacao nibs and Bramling Cross hops from the UK. Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

2/3 draft at LHG. Dark brown pour, beige head, streaky lacing. Aroma is a toss up between the chocolate and vanilla. Vanilla edges out the chocolate by a nose in the taste. Overall, kind of thin, watery.

On tap at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer Bristol. Black beer thin tan head. Chocolate sponge cake aroma. it's not overly sweet. some nice vanilla cream to go with the chocolate sponge. yes decent. Still a bit too sweet for me.

Mega walk; Shrewsbury on 11th August 2021. 1st stop was Chez Sophie. 440ml can with a BBD of 11th August 2021, so one day older than recommended! Huge foaming tan coloured head, very black body. Loads of chocolate esters and flavours tempered with calming vanilla and some hidden hop action. A little thin body wise for a flavoured Stout, but still most enjoyable.

can at home... April 2021...dark black.. thin tan lacing... soft sweet dusty chocolate.. dark roast.. Light artificial chocolate.. lightest vanilla... sweet roast... im just not convinced by most liweryabv flavored stouts

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 14/03/21. Black with a good sized tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate biscuit, vanilla, dark malts, chocolate ice cream sauce, toffee fudge, nutty tones. Taste comprises mellow roast, sweet malts, vanilla, chocolate cake, toffee, brown sugar dusting, hazelnut. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent flavoursome stout.
