Large foamy white head stayed on an unclear pale golden coloured body.
Huge aroma of lime & hops.
Medium bodied, foamy with a sharp dry clean back.
Cereal, pale malt, lime, grapefruit & lemon tastes with a bitter finish.
Great refreshing Pint.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Light cloudy gold with a nice foamy white top with decent lacing. Blackcurrant and gooseberry notes on the nose with some grains and straw. Taste is of a similar persuasion with a touch of hop resin. Light bodied, refreshing and slick with a frothy carbonation and a nice hoppy bitterness. The previous 6 beers I've had from 8 Sail I've rated a maximum of 3.4. This one is a step up for me, really enjoyed it.

NERAX cask, 4/20/23. Clear, deep blonde, frothy, white head. Sulfur, mineral, rich buttery honey and juicy hops. Succulent malt. Clean. Soft, malty, hoppy with sulfur, mineral, juicy grape and a bit of appley yeast. Great bitterness levels (low) with excellent, well attenuated malt. Finally a decent pale beer at this fest.

500ml bottle from The Real Ale Store. Shared with Finn. Gusher! Loose white head over a close-to-clear late straw coloured body. Spotty lacing. Moderate smell of grassy hops with a touch of citrus. Hints of berry-fruits to the taste character, grassy. Mild citric bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Nottingham 14.10.2022).
