Bottle at home, 24/06/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is apple skins, light smoke, straw, hint of funk, apple orchard. Taste comprises lightly smoked pork, apple core, light funk, grains, tangy appleskin, light vinous rip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle from Middle Farm Cider Centre. It pours clear deep gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is musty, earthy, farmyard funk, light manure, sweet apple and apple skin. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, apple skin, drying astringency, touch of apple pie, some alcohol heat and sweet honeyed apple in the background with a rather dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty unique stuff. Not for those with a sweet tooth!
