We recently got our hands on some truly stunning Azacca and Strata hops from Crosby Hops and decided to brew up a big sticky DIPA! We’ve used beautiful Golden Promise malt here for a slightly sweeter biscuit malt profile and loaded up with Azacca and Strata – a delicious new hop for us – and fermented with Vermont yeast.

440ml can from Beer52: BB 30th Jun 2021. Drank at home on 3rd Oct 2020. Misty golden yellow, decent white head. Fruity nose and taste, citrusy but not overly bitter, mango, pineapple with a grapefruit twist.

Can. Cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma of mango hop. Flavour is bitter soft fruit pith, grapefruit and apricot, dry bitter base, long fruity finish.

440ml can at home. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a medium white head. Nose is slightly faint mango, pineapple, small bit of biscuit malt. Flavour is also surprisingly faint pineapple, grapefruit, some sweet malts. Soft carbonation
