We have taken inspiration from the clean & crisp Czech Pilsners for this beer but we have decided to put our own brewery stamp on the beer style and make it our own. To us a low abv drinkable lager should be everything that a Czech Pilsner offers, & so this beer is brewed with a clean profile yet with underlying bready malt notes from British Extra Pale malt, then with a hop blend of classic Czech Saaz & US Centennial hops popping in the foreground. Unfiltered & unpasteurised keeps this beer full in flavour, and at only 4.0% abv this little number really packs a punch.

Expect - Subtle bready malt with light & refreshing hop notes in the foreground creating a flavourful rounded lager.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden orange with a thin white head. Nose - peach and orange. Bready and light green vegetable backdrop. Taste - peach and cake. Palate - light bodied, sweet muffle and finish. Overall - not bitter, so lacking the essential characteristic of a Pilsner.

Spotty beige head on a clear amber coloured body. Minimal aroma if tobacco, cardboard & cereal. Medium bodied, lifeless on the tongue with a cloying back. Sweet, malt, bread & sweet cracker tastes with a full finish. Boring.

Keg at a wedding party, Shropshire. Misty golden yellow, large white head. Fruity sweet nose, pillowy pale malt. Taste is smooth, light with a pleasant sweet malt character, grainy hints. Nicely sweet and moreish overall.

Can ordered from Noble Green Wines, Hampton. Aroma has grains and honey. Medium gold. Fizzy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Crisp. Sour citrus edge. Underlying bready malts. The bitterness gains strength. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable enough crisp Pils.

330ml can: BB 7th Apr 2021. Drank at home on 9th Jun 2020. Mini haze to the light golden body, white head for a while. Mild citrus notes in both the nose and taste, grainy feel to the malty base, gets more bitter as you get into it.
