Out of the Woods is a strong lager beer brewed to celebrate making it through the darker months. A heavy dose of Tettnang hops bring some spicy floral notes alongside the classic Pilsner yeast & lager malt in this refreshing big beer.

Keg at the brewery taproom Diss. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is semi sweet nutty cereal malts, honey,, white raisin, spicy hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded cereal grains, honey, light grassy hop. Some alcohol bite in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Nice.

440ml can: BB 12th Mar 2021, came from Beers of Europe. Drank at home on 26th May 2020, during the virus Lock In. Really enjoyed this. Golden body, thin white head. Malty, nutty and fairly sweet, mild floral notes in there too. Good body feel with a pleasant alcohol warmness in the finish.

Can from Beers Of Europe. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of copper, dried leaves and marzipan. Flavour of lightly roasted malt, nuts and brown bread. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A good example of the style. Liquid bread.
