Bottle @ Koelschip. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, barnyard, wood and light cognac. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 110517

Bottle @ Mikkeller & Friends. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, barnyard, light mouldy, white grapes, wood, light Cognac notes. Flavor is lightly sour, barnyard, leather, tart fruity, grapes, wet oak. Dont get Munch Cognac in the taste. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, acidic finish. 110517

Bottle shared@Koelschip, Copenhagen - Golden pour with tiny white head. Aroma and taste is tart fruity and acidic with some lovely cognac notes coming in, some wooden notes, light floral accents, smooth delicate body, very nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity, qpricot and slight wooden. Dry phenolic and wooden. Dry, herbal, and wooden. Sourish. Dry and wooden far finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and brett. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, brett, spices, leading to a tart finish.

cloudy 1 finger white head. smells fantastic. vinuous and juicy and a lot of 3F lambic qualities. flavor is akin to a boon oude gueuze. cheese cloth, egg, orange peel, butter at the end. very thin.
