11th May 2019. Albion Vaults, Shrewsbury; hand-pulled half-pint. Black bodied, full tanned foaming head. Very dry and bitter maltiness from start to finish, over roasted malts along with whatever hops were used combine to give an unpleasant surprise, luckily my nose and taste buds got used to the bitterness and I finished off quite enjoying the beer after the initial shock.
