Aufgrund des Weizenmalzanteils und der verwendeten Weissbierhefe ist es technisch gesehen zwar ein Weissbier, aromatisch jedoch eher ein fruchtiges Pale Ale.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a white head. Aroma of passion fruits, cucumber, wheat. Taste of cucumber, wheat, passion fruits.

330 mml bottle as part of the European Local Swap 3/2017, many thanks to herrklemann for this one. Tasted on the 19/10/2017 at home. Hazy yellow, almost orange, colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of intense passion fruit and mango, slight hops and wheat. Taste is intense fruity and juicy, straw but slightly phenol. Aftertaste is refreshing and fresh. Next one please!

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Passionfruit in aroma, fruity, sweet and some light sourness. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, mild passionfruit in the nose. Acidic passionfruit, mild bready, some acidity and slightly sour finish. So-so.

On tap at Craft Room. Murky yelow, lasting big white head. Pungent natural passionfruit aroma. Nice sweetish and sour lovely natural fruity passionfruit taste. Juicy.. Lovely clean fruit beer.

getrunken im Sommer 2017
Das BIer wurde ursprünglich für die Teilnahme an den Ottakringer Braukulturwochen vom 11.8. – 17.8.2016 als ein spezieller Sondersud eingebraut. - ca ein Jahr später habe ich es in einem Wiener Bierlokal wieder bekommen. Lt homepage wurde auf Basis eines sommerlichen Weizenbiers echte Maracuja zugegeben. Die Frucht bringt mit ihrer erfrischenden Säure eine Leichtigkeit, die das Bier zum perfekten Sommerbegleiter machen soll. Fruchtig ist es allemal. Es geht schon in die RIchtung belgischer Kriek-Biere, ohne aber eine zu starke Säure zu entwickeln. Für mich etwas zu komisch, aber als Erfischung ganz gut geeignet.

Bottle, many thanks Werckmeister! Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is pure natural passion fruit, a touch phenolic and wheat - and I love passion fruit. Taste is wheat, phenols, straw, mineralic, dry finish. Medium carbonation. A bit green in the taste, but the aroma is absolutely lovely. Super refreshing. Great stuff, despite the slightly disappointing flavour after the perfect aroma.
