Saison van de Baron is een fris en licht gehopt seizoensbier. Licht troebel en kastanjebruin van kleur. Een ietwat zoetige bovengister met een zeer kruidig geur- en smaakpalet. Het frisse bittertje geeft een mooie balans aan deze ijzersterke Saison. De kenmerkende droge afdronk maakt het plaatje uiteindelijk compleet.

[ As Heer & Meester Saison van de Baron ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, orange, spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, saison yeast, sharp, pale malt - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 6-3-5-3-11
