Handpull cask at the Ale Wagon, Leicester. Tawny brown, clear with a little ring of white head. Aroma is woody, slightly tannic with toffee, caramel and a suggestion of persimmon. Taste is on the sweet side, with lots of caramel leading to light hop bitterness. Some gentle sourness as well in the finish. Not so much to it.
