Cask-conditioned at the Gillygate, York 19/6/2019. Near black in colour, with a creamy, beige, head. Plain chocolate, a touch of brown sugar and coffee beans, with a gentle finish. A pleasant mild.

Hand-pulled cask pint in The Exhibition Hotel, York on 9th June 2018. Black bodied Mild, smooth tanned pillow on top. Semi-sweet throughout with the malts ruling both the nose and taste, easy drinking brew, light vanilla and chocolate traces in the flavour.
