On tap at brewery. Cloudy pale yellow with thin sticky head. Excellent creamy spicy nose. Nice lacing. Sweet finish, hint of cloves. Right on style.

Handed to me for free by a drunk guy at the brewery: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is lightly spicy, wheaty. Taste is spicy, bubblegum and rather sweet. Creamy mouthfeel. OK.

19th Jan 2018; in The Brew House, San Juan Capistrano. On a 6 beer Flight. Not too sure this is a Witbier in style, a Wheat Beer maybe, but it has no Witbier attributes that I could find. Anyway I enjoyed my large sample, it came a misty orange with a white topping. Light citrus leanings in the wheat based aroma and taste, mild spicy touch also. 1st beer on my first Flight, a good start to the session.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head. The aroma is clove, wheat, citrus. Medium body, clove, wheat, dry finish, good.

(Tap) cloudy orange colour with a small beige head; aroma of lilies, noble hops; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
