500ml bottle: BBE Sep 18. Obtained from my local Morrisons store, poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard at home on 5th Nov 17. Mahogany red body, clear and clean: beige topping. Malts in the nose, slight peaty, earthy leaning in there too. The taste follows the same lines, malty with peat and earth like flavours. A lot better than I thought it might me, as I am not a huge fan of 'whisky beers' in general.

Bottle from Morrisons Folkestone drunk at home. Clear mahogany colour lasting beige head. Sweetish. Malty. Some peppery hop. Esb as far as i can tell. And quite a good one. Decent.
