Bräunlich rötliche Farbe mit kleiner, weißer Schaumkrone. Süßer, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich ausgeprägt malzig mit getrockneten Früchten, Karamell und passender, präsenter Alkoholnote. Dominant süß mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

0.33 l bottle from Brew Age bottle shop, Vienna. Shared with Niko! Drank from the bottle in the U-bahn. Intense fruity, sugary, syrupy. Dried fruits, candy. Lots of alcohol. Very sweet. Warming. Boozy. Liquor-like. Medium body. Serious business. Cloudy amber, large creamy moderately firm off-white head.

Appearance: Dark brown, with some red. Small, creamy tan head.
Aroma: Fruits, raisins, prunes, sweetness.
Taste: Raisins, prunes, sweet. Slight alcohol, warming, and very easy drinking.

0,33 l bottle from Beer Supreme, Oldenburg. Pours out in a darkest red brown with a small pale beige and very creamy head. Sweet malty and boozy smell. Little bit woody. Taste starts with and alcholic and wood bitterness, malt in the background Some sweetness. Strong.

Bottle from minipivovar.sk Deep amber colored with tiny head. Aroma of red fruit while the alcohol is not even trying to hide. Taste has traces of plum but mostly alcohol which really warms you up. Who would say that eisbock would be great drink for cold days.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brew Age Eisknacker ].ABV: 12.4%. Clear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, sugary, alchol, light strawberry - candy - marmalade. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, alcohol, sugary, sweet malt, caramel, candy.
