Cask half-pint at The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 28th Apr 2017. Brew No 30 C+C Black Ale is it’s full title. Anyway it’s black and tastes like an IPA, slight citrusy nose and taste with plenty of chocolate malts for the colour and mild malty input. Strange but both interesting and tasty.
