0,375l bottle at Sanders place shared by me. Bottled 2016. brown color, small white head. smells berry notes, marzipan, nutty, subtle balsamico. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of marizipan, light oxidation, nutty, berry notes, very subtle balsamico, some wood. finishes sweet and sour with notes marzipan, balsamico and light berry notes. very nice stuff, rather heavy though, overall i like my sours more crisp, but this is pretty good.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Rosso rubino, leggermente torbida, schiuma media persistente. Al naso sentori vinosi e di frutta rossa, note citriche, botte, stalla. In bocca è fortemente acida con leggera nota acidula, botte e astringenza. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Ottima!

Handpump at Macche in Rome-Italy. Reddish caramel pour, ivory medium foam much retention. Nose: ouh! Sweet notes of strawberries, wine, wood. Mouth: silky funky, wine soul, peppery effervescence. Yes!

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Ah, a nice and soft version of the ASBC 2014. Read the description of that, make it smooth, and you get this one. Very, very nice!

Bottle. Ruby-amber color with small head that goes down quickly. Aroma is light white wine, cherries, malts, prunes, hints of prunes. Taste is white wine, cherries, wood, malts, way more delicate than regular Saint Bon Chien. Beautiful.
