7th Feb 2017: on a flight at the Long Beach brewery. Mini-haze to the golden pour, the head a white, lasting affair. Not as ’Farm Yardy’ as most/some Saisons but the esters and feel were there to find if you sniffed for them and allowed the beer to warm a little before finishing it. Light tartness throughout.

Draft at the source (Long Beach) on 6/30/2016. Opaque orangish-gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. Taste is citrus, yeast, spice, and earthy with faint bubblegum notes. Good.

[2/19/15] Draught at Beachwood BBQ in Long Beach. Hazy golden. Spicy and soapy phenolic aroma. Flavor is slightly sweetish, fruity, spicy, slightly earthy, with a faint sourish hint and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

On tap at Beachwood, Long Beach, August 2014. Golden/orange with a small white head. Sweetish with citrus, orange, some light spices and grass. The finish was dry and medium bitter. A refreshing and easy to drink beer. I kind of liked it.
