Bottle, thanks to Anstei! Amber color. Floral aroma with citrus and pear. Soft sour flavor with citrus, hints of white pepper and floral notes. Fruity, complex, nice.

Bouteille 37.5cl de La Cave à Bières, Yverdon. BB 03/2018. Ambrée, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet fruité, herbacé, pointe de levure et fin houblonné avec un délicat caractèe organique de fleurs d'orangers. Palais est malté, biscuité avec une petite note douce de miel, le tout ponctué par une petite touche poivrée qui arrive plus sur la fin. Ajout de baies rouges? Léger an bouche niveau amertume de Barbe Rouge qui passe bien avec le fleuri fruité.

Danke an anstei. Minimal säuerlicher Antrunk. Noten von Orangen, starke Karbonisierung, spritzig, trocken kräutrig. Geringe Bitterkeit, fruchtige Orangennoten. Steigend hopfig. Gelungen. 10/10/9/10/11/10

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Herbs and some hops. Overcarbonated, killing the rather low taste. Very light body, slightly oily. Not much more to say, but at least it’s balanced.

Bottle. Light gusher. Surprisingly dark orange color with big head. Aroma is Wit-like, spicy, honey, oranges. Taste is light wheat, a bit sweet, light spices. High carbonation. Nice, but a bit too light and intense.
